Well, I didn't include a mockup of my ideas for a redesigned Bugzilla
home page. (Disclaimer: I designed the current Bugzilla home page.)

The new home page would include hourly-updated lists of things like:
* 5 most recently-reported bugs
* 5 oldest unconfirmed/unverified/qawanted bugs
* 5 most-doomed assignees (with links to their bugs)
* 5 most-doomed QA contacts (with links to their bugs)
* 5 random open bugs.

Yes. And the sooner this comes, the better. The current Bugzilla UI is
awful, and by improving its usability even 10 or 20 percent we could
probably double the number of QA volunteers. (The same applies to the
mozilla.org Web site in general, with the number of Mozilla contributors
in general.)
