I've made a few changes to

but haven't taken into account most of Matthew's
post.


I've also put up

http://fantasai.tripod.com/Mozilla/2000/reorg-fr.txt

which mirrors my local scrap file, so to speak, where
I'm trying to work in more of mozilla.org's development
files.

I've also moved documentation up to
/dev/documentation/thing_being_documented 
instead of 
/projects/project_name/docs/. 
If anyone approves, I'll copy the change into reorg.txt.
