Not really. If any page has an owner's name at the top, ask them,
otherwise I think it's mostly mine by default, now that Eli's left.

If you want to change stuff with my name on, that's almost certainly fine,
but run it past me first :-) If you want to change Bugzilla's UI, you
might have difficulty, though...
