I'm the one writing the Bugzilla documentation; I'd really like more info on 
what it is you're talking about.  Sorry I joined the conversation late.

The preliminary documentation is at http://www.trilobyte.net/barnsons/ . 
(note this is an ugly pre-release; the whole goal was to get as much 
information in as possible, and edit it later)  The native format is not 
HTML; it is SGML. It can be exported to any format you like.  The existing 
online documentation is rather spartan.

I look forward to hearing details on this, sorry I've not been involved until 
now.
