I've noticed that a lot of the help has " ... (c) Netscape ..." and that
the help in Netscape 6.2 is more extensive than that for the current
builds of Mozilla.
eg. Help -> Dialog Box Help -> Preferences is (c) Netscape
Help -> Dialog Box Help -> Preferences -> Appearance is unwritten.

What is the reason that the help files for Netscape have not been used
for Mozilla, with appropriate text changes from "Netscape" to "Mozilla"?

(Obviously further documentation for tabbed browsing and other features
new to Mozilla would be required to be written from scratch)
