Thanks for that, I've added myself into the CC list for that bug, and
also bug-id=67376 which is a dependant.

There's loads of bug dependancies from thereon in and I don't have the 
time right now to go through them all. I was considering going through 
the help from NS6.2 and seeing how much of it could be put into the 
current Mozilla help.

I can see there's a few people working on this, although I don't know 
how much time they have to devote to it. I'll see what time allows me to 
do here over the next few days and if it looks as if I'll be able to get 
some serious results I'll get back.
