Yes. The Markup Guide I referred to is written in DocBook XML, styled with CSS--check the source. The stylesheets are somewhat incomplete, since I'd written only enough to handle basic documents and references. However, I can expand them, if that's wanted. (And write something pretty to go with it--the current set is designed as a base set, like Mozilla's html.css.)
