Further to my message http://groups.google.com/groups?dq=&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&group=netscape.public.mozilla.embedding&safe=off&selm=8a85d2e1.0308310516.f2668d8%40posting.google.com which has gone unanswered for ten days.
So what you're saying is this. "I've created an ActiveX control. I invite you to use it freely in your programs. Just as long as you don't want to distribute your program to anyone else. Then you'll be in trouble, because I'm not going to explain on my web-site what files you'd need to give them to make sure the program will run on their machine. No, let them install all of Mozilla if they want, or go through the same hassle developers using your control have to with trying to find the right bit of the right nightly build. Moreover, when someone points out that this information really might add a great deal to the value of my control for developers, I'm just going to ignore them." Well frankly, your control is then useless to me - how could I realistically use it? Pete
