There is supposed to be a package available on mozilla.org called the
Gecko Runtime Environment (or GRE), see
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/embedding/GRE.html, I would guess this
would be sufficient when installed to allow the activex control to
work, as long as you also install the activex control as I'm assuming
it isn't included in the GRE.  However, if you can actually find the
downloadable GRE distribution your doing better than I have.
