I have been attempting to get to the same point that you seemed to
accompish.

At first, when i tried the test
http://www.iol.ie/~locka/mozilla/mozctltest1.htm, i too got the job in
TaskManager taknig 99% and no response in browser, until I unregistered and
uninstalled everything and started again, this time lastely putting in the
additional files before registering.

Now when i run the test in IE6, i do get the window and brower controls to
appear, but i get a javaScript error now:
Line: 23
Char: 3
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0
URL: http://www.iol.ie/~locka/mozilla/mozctltest1.htm

any ideas?

I am running XP and this is what I installed:

mozilla-win32-1.4-installer.exe (11,976kb)
gre-win32-installer.exe (5,362kb)
gre_app_support14.zip (331kb)

Thanks

Randy
