Did you install the Personal Security Manager (PSM)? 
Currently is not compiled with Mozilla, although I think 
they are working on that now that, especially since RSA 
patent is now public.

Click on the Debug menu in the browser window, then click on 
Intall PSM. It will bring you to a page, scroll down, and 
click on the button that matches your OS.
