How to be a Good mozilla User

progress (about 50% content), on a document aimed at users pointing them at 
resources for when they find problems.

Mostly at the moment I'm looking at opinions regarding tone rather than 
anything else which is why I'm showing it at such an early stage.  But all 
comments welcome.  There's a link for Feedback on the page but you can 
comment in mozilla-documentation as well.
