I know its my own blind spot, it shall be fixed.

Well right in the first sentence it says 'users of mozilla.org based
products' so its not restricted to those that download nightlies or any
other particular distribution. It is intended to contain information for
all users of all or any distributions, that's why there is a place to point
out individual distribution's methods of giving help.
