Yes.

But you must setup both using the Profile manager program to open the
first time.

I have both and they work fine. open using Profile Manger in mozilla,
and choose Mange profiles.

Rename the profile to something beside default or the profile name
ported from Communicator 4.7.x.

Then open. adjust preferences as needed.

Then install N6. Open it through the profile manager and do as above.

when you want to open one or the other then click on one or the other
applications. and choose the profile you want to use.
