Hi,
I am interested to hear that Mozilla and Netscape 6 can actually
coexist, since I am having problems making them do so.
I have recently installed N6 on my NT4 machine, and despite the obvious
non-readiness of N6, it has installed and run with few problems.
However, I noticed that for some reason, my existing Mozilla
installations (last milestone, one nightly) no longer got any further
than the Mozilla splash screen. Upon removing both Mozilla builds and
running mozilla-win32-2001010221-installer.exe, I get the same result.
This applies to multiple users on the same machine, some of which did
not have a <user_drive>\Mozilla\registry.dat (or whatever it's called)
before all of this.
Does anyone have any idea as to why N6 should load correctly while Mozilla does not?
Any idea where to start looking?
