2. You cutted his other points. The current plan was to *post* replies
to all normal posts, not? Do you want to allow discussion now? I think,
requiring some keywords like "Yes, I have read the FAQ", before posts
are let through, would be annoying enough to get people to read the FAQ.
Since we don't really want discussion in these groups (it seems), the
annoyance during posting by "educated" people is not a problem.
