The closest thing to that would be individual bug reports,
which means that you have to find each bug, or bugs,
pertaining to a specific issue and you can sometimes get a
general idea of where it's headed based on the bug report.
Sometimes you can't, since there are but reports that go
unchanged for months, then suddenly some of them are fixed
the next day without advanced notice.
