How to easily get the latest Mozilla build?

Hi,

How do I update Mozilla with the latest build? I mean, now, if I want to get
the latest version (nightly), I just download the entire package from
ftp.mozilla.org. However, the setup file is pretty big (around 7-8 MB) and I
also have to reinstall all the plugins... (PSM, Flash etc.). So, is there a
way to get only the parts that changed. I don't want to compile the source
code or something, I just want to update my Mozilla more easily.
