I think Mozilla-the-browser has to major problems:
1) Other Internet apps are tied to the browser
2) The front end isn't native

OTOH, iCab and IE 5 for Mac both have native FEs and aren't tied to 
other Internet apps. They are both more usable than Mozilla and, 
ironically, their UIs are more customizable, too.
