There's a related problem/bug: Netscape 6 and Mozilla don't seem to
properly support the "Content-Disposition" header. Ie, if you set
Content-Type: application/octet-stream, and Content-Disposition:
attachment;filename=foo,
you're supposed to get foo as the filename in a Save-As dialog. Instead,
you're asked if you want to Open or Save the file, and when you select
the latter, nothing happens (just like the bumper-sticker says!).

Strangely enough, IE 5.5 Service Pack 1 introduced a similar bug.

Any word or workaround on this?
