Further detail on this ("if you set Content-Type: application/octet-stream,
and Content-Disposition:
attachment;filename=foo, you're supposed to get foo as the filename in a
Save-As dialog"):

- does not work with Netscape 6 on Windows NT SPK5;
- does not work with Mozilla 0.6 (Gecko 20001205) on Windows 95;
- works with Netscape 6 on Linux (Red Hat, Gnome);
- works with Netscape 6 on Macintosh (MacOS 9.0.4).
