Also, the "Check mail every X minutes" doesn't work, at least not correctly,
at least on Win95. Or if it is working, it's not always going all the way
and actually downloading the mail. I'm not quite sure what it's doing yet.
I'll check in a bug report once I figure it out.

It's still painfully slow on my Pentium 233, but it's improving. That
problem will go away for me in a few weeks though, once our new PCs come
in. But I imagine that not everyone will be that fortunate.
