A zipped build can be unzipped into the Mozilla directory on your machine, it unzips
into a different directory as an installer build.
Just make sure you update your shortcuts when you do this and don't deinstall the
previous install.

There seems to have been a packaging issue in the 20010319 builds for Win32.

When using nightly builds be sure to test them with one of the packaged themes,
downloaded themes are sometimes tailored towards a particular build.

Again, try adding a new profile and see if you can reproduce with one of the packaged
themes.

As far as I know theme uninstall should work, but this might also have to do with the
greymodern theme.
I can confirm/deny anything until I'm back in the office as I don't have a Win32
machine around the house.

Good luck,
