Look - the browser still keeps the history (how else would "history" work
in the sidebar) so what's the big deal? As long as nobody is sending the
history somewhere else - and nobody is - then there's no issue.

If your system has some kind of REAL spyware installed, it could do
whatever it wanted - check your cache, check your history, listen to
all network traffic and figure out where you're surfing that way -
ANYTHING.

This is a complete non-issue and it's not helped by people who don't
know what a textfield is and write inflamatory posts in all-caps in
developers groups.
