The vast majority of Mozilla developers, and almost all of those 
developers with the power to review and check in patches, are employed 
by AOL. AOL interests play an important role in prioritizing what gets 
done by those developers. Many bugs are futured by these developers, or 
by QA, based on their business value to the company that the programmer 
works for.
