Yes. Netscape 6 was built on a branch taken from Mozilla.

The encryption related bits are included in Mozilla (PSM). The spell
checker is not included (license). Java is not included in either and is
handled by a plug-in. The stuff not in Mozilla is usually left out
because of license issues and other proprietary issues.
