They work well for me in most cases. Just went here:

and installed the Win32 talkback version an hour ago. Many page visits later
I see no bugs so far. In fact, an old bug with clicking on Whats Related
entries where it didn't display the new page until clicking on Refresh has
finally been fixed.
I'm running NT4 SP6a for an OS.
