Most of the Mozilla developers are non-Netscape employees. Gervase is a student
in the UK. Ian Hickson is non NS. Garth Wallace is independent too. While I'm
Netscape myself, Netscape wanted to hire me, but I said that I couldn't take a
job in California for less than $20,000,000 a year, and they wee only willing to
pay me $19,000,000 a year. We just couldn't see eye to eye.

No no, ZDNet didn't really say a lot about it either way. The people who
downloaded it gave mostly positive comments. You can comment on featured
downloads.
