There is a "period" after the "9" in 0.9.3!!! Therefore *each* digit is 
counted *separately*!!!

so 0.9.3 comes *after* 0.9.2.1 (besides, there never was or will be a 
0.9.2.1 version).

Oh, this is just silly - it must be a joke - right?
