Version numbering is based on when the
branch occurred, not the date of release.
0.9.2.1 is the branch off of 0.9.2 that, when
combined with proprietary components (such
as AIM and Netscape Webmail support), is
known as Netscape 6.1. This was announced
long ago, you just weren't paying attention.
