As far as I know, none of the mailX keywords are actually used by anyone 
any longer, except for "mailtrack". Given that these keywords are

For what it's worth, most of the mailX keywords are completely redundant 
as far as I can see; roughly,

mail1 == perf/topperf,
mail2 == crash/hang,
mail3 == use the Severity field instead),
mail4 == regression,
mail5 == ??
mail6 == use the Severity field, polish, softui etc.
