   That's more like it!  Now, rather than having to reply like this to
everybody that asks you on a case by case basis, do as I suggested and
create an Q&A document.  (If it grows large enough it can become an
FAQ.)  Start by copying and pasting this into it.

   The put it as a link on the main Bugzilla page for newcomers.  Now
you don't need to waste your time by saying the same thing over and
over again - you can just point them to the document if they haven't
found it already via the link.
