Those aren't high reward, by any stretch of the word.

For the most part, high reward bugs at this point are not low risk.  In
fact, a great many bugs are just the opposite: high risk for low
reward.  I don't think that "polish" bugs could be considered high
reward (except maybe on the Mac, where UI consistency is valued much
more, and rightly so).
