You are not suggsesting that at all. You are suggesting we create a 
keyword that you and maybe a couple of other equally insufficiently 
knowledgable people might add to some handful of bugs misinforming new 
contributors about the difficulty of fixing bugs those bugs. If it is a 
nice consise introductory document that you're suggesting then stop 
wasting people's time in this "please vote for plairo's keyword request" 
  discussion and write something.  This thread has turned into a huge 
waste of time Peter, and not just for me. Please end it.
