I've seen no reason to have a helper apps section at all. I click to
download a .mpg file, Mozilla seems to look up the right program to open
it via it's extention and MIME type and prompts me to open it with Media
Player.
My helper apps section only has:
text/HTML
application/pdf
image/jpeg
video/x-msvideo
application/x-zip-compressed
If you only complaint is that you have no helper apps listed, you need
some serious help.
