I doubt Netscape has any intention of changing NPL files until the dual licensing plans are finalized, with or without your squeeks. One of the rights in the NPL gives us permission to relicense the file, which we can use to dual license MPL/GPL without seeking permission from contributors. If we use that permission to change it to plain MPL now we have given away that right, and then will have to seek permission from contributors later to change from MPL to MPL/GPL. -Dan Veditz
