Not if, as it appears, the problem with that site is with Mozilla's poor
rendering of the JavaScript-based menu.  The only aspect of the web site that
doesn't work right in Mozilla is the menu bar, which is JavaScript.  It could
be using perfect HTML, but if the imbedded JavaScript does something that
Mozilla doesn't handle, it won't help things.  (How strictly they adhered to
the JavaScript specs, I don't know.  I can only say that the menu works much,
much better, in both Netscape 4 and IE 5, which are the webmaster's stated
target platforms).
