Then try to select an application to handle that item. wait for the Mac to gather all the applications. then click on Communicator you'll see type code as BINA and Creator code as MOSS. If you go to Netscape 6.2 and look its BINA and MOSS. if you go to Mozilla it BINA and MOZZ. Or you can use ResEdit (Resource Editor) and locate the same application and do "get info" and you'll see the same thing Type BINA, Creator MOSS for N6.2 and Communicator, and Mozilla is Type BINA, & Creator MOZZ. incidentally FYI the MOSS comes about from Netscape relation to the Mossaic project an early Browser of which Communicator was originally based. -- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Phillip M.
