:No, I can d/l them. I grabbed one yesterday. I just want to clarify how
:to install them since they don't include an installer (to be expected, I
:know).
:Obviously I just extract the zip into Program Files\mozilla or similar,
:but should I uninstall 0.9.6 first and, if I do, what about registry
:settings, profiles, prefs, etc.?
:I just want to make sure I don't trash my existing settings, mail,
:newsgroups etc.

I don't use milestones at all any more, just nightlies. What I do:

1. Download the talkback zip.
2. Shut down Mozilla.
3. Rename the Mozilla folder in c:\Program Files\mozilla.org to 'Mozilla
2001121203' or whatever the build ID is.
4. Unzip the talkback zip into c:\Program Files\mozilla.org - it will show
up there as a folder called 'bin'.
5. Rename 'bin' to 'Mozilla'. This way, all my previously set-up shortcuts
point to the right place.
6. Copy (not move!) plugins from the previous build's plugins folder to the
new one's plugins folder.

It finds the old profile properly and works fine.

Step 6 is so that I can use the previous build just as easily if I'm trying
to work out if a particular bug is new.

The last milestone I used was 0.9.4 - I just used the above process with
that too.

If in doubt, make a copy of your profile directory first.
