Sure they do.  Go here:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ and its
"mozilla-win32-installer-sea.exe".  The "-sea" is the magic suffix, not
sure what it's supposed to mean, but that's the build which includes the
installer.

Not sure if that's entirely possible.  As others have stated, you can
probably backup or run a separate copy of some things such as your email
(I'd think that'd be way more hassle than it's worth though).  But as
far as your registry goes, I can only assume all your installed copies
of Mozilla are going to use and therefore trash the same registry
entries.
