What's this? Somebody actually being *helpful* instead of a di... DeMon LaG? ;-) Well, let's see... "When the page is out of date". As indicated, that's not the observed behavior; just showed me two-day old CNN a few minutes ago in fact. Looks like it's time to file this away in Bugzilla where it can be ignored for years.
