The "problem" is that you hate the entire project and probably aren't 
even seeing the problem yourself.  You have done nothing but bitch, moan 
and complain about anything and everything.  First mozilla is crap.  
Then it loads to slow.  Then it renders too slow.  Then XUL is crap.  
Then having it be cross platform and using XUL is crap.  Now the cache 
doesn't work.  If the problem existed, and not outside your little 
fantasy land, then having sites show blatently out of date content 
because the cache wasn't working correctly would have been reported at 
least a dozen times by now.  Obviously, the problem is *not* happening 
on very many, if anyone else's machine(s), and thus I blame user error 
and incompetance for your problem
