Cause it is so much better when I click a file to download, forget I 
clicked it, and come back to the window 3 minutes later and have a fully 
downloaded file waiting for me, not a window asking me where to save it 
and now I have to wait longer for it to download.  Time spend doing 
nothing is wasted time.  The way Mozilla does this is just awesome
