create the account with a new profile/new imap/news/pop3 account, the after creation, edit > account settings > local directory .. also the server directories too. This should work. If not, the problem you got with that large profile, is that you should save all your file attachments to some directory, then delete those messages with file attachments, or kill the file attachments after they have been saved, then compact the mail folders. Then convert your profile over. -dman84
