Over all, I haven't noticed any problems with Mozilla's Java support, with one exception. Whenever I'm on Half.com, and it brings up the window to compare prices, the area under the Half.com price has the puzzle piece icon for missing plugins. Today, I clicked on the icon and installed the latest JRE. I went through the entire process, killed Mozilla, restarted Mozilla, and went back to that page, only to find that the price comparison still doesn't work.
