Over all, I haven't noticed any problems with Mozilla's Java support, with
one exception. Whenever I'm on Half.com, and it brings up the window to
compare prices, the area under the Half.com price has the puzzle piece icon
for missing plugins. Today, I clicked on the icon and installed the latest
JRE. I went through the entire process, killed Mozilla, restarted Mozilla,
and went back to that page, only to find that the price comparison still
doesn't work. If you don't want to do a search for an item yourself, but
want to see this problem (if indeed it happens for anyone but me!), go to:

(One of very many examples where it's cheaper to shop around and buy new than
to buy used from half.com)
