A) you did not get the context menu added, as much as you'd like to think you did B) I see no reason to "get something happening" when this is an issue so rare I've only seen it posted about 3 times on these newsgroups and I see no way to reproduce this so it could get fixed. No way to reproduce means no way to fix.
