Correct, but with added definition. Mozilla "releases" a new build every day that are dubbed "nightlies". They "release" these builds most every day, sometimes as much as three times a day. TRANSITIVE VERB: 4 : to give permission for publication, performance, exhibition, or sale of; also : to make available to the public <the commission released its findings> <release a new movie> ===>> "release a new nightly build" Therefore to say that Mozilla has "released" 0.9.9 is correct but you MUST define the statement further to say "Mozilla has begun releasing the 0..9.9 builds". However, and the BIG "however" is that 0.9.9 has NOT been released. Note that the identifier 0.9.9 MUST be appended by "Milestone" or "Nightly" as the appropriate version identifier. To the developers "release" taken in that connotation means "Milestone" ... "THE RELEASE" (noun). That will happen in another few weeks or so.
