I don't think there is an easy way. The RPMs are all of Mozilla, not just the spellchecker. Spellcheck is essentially the only reason that I run a CVS build. If you have a tree, you just plop the spellcheck directory down in extensions and add "ac_add_options --enable-extensions=default,irc,spellcheck" to your .mozconfig...(irc being optional :) )
