Doxygen is already the chosen standard for mozilla projects, and has
been for quite some time.  Many IDL files already have good doxygen
commentary.  See <http://unstable.elemental.com/mozilla/> (already
linked to from lxr) for lots of doxygen generated documentation, class
hierarchies, etc.
