Well, since https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259615 is fixed this should not be possible for overflow:hidden anymore. So the behavior between the two is almost the same. Only tabbing through eventuel focusable items still scrolls in overflow:hidden, but not with overflow:-moz-hidden-unscrollable.

I have no idea about the technical issues involved, but it seems to me that overflow:hidden could be almost just as fast as overflow:-moz-hidden-unscrollable, since the difference of behavior between the two is almost nihil, afaics.
